photographer for weddings in Germany & Europe

FAQ

I know that diving into wedding photography can feel a little overwhelming at first. So I’ve gathered the questions I get asked most often in one place — and I hope they make everything feel a little clearer and easier for you.

Where do you photograph weddings?

I’m based near Berlin and photograph weddings throughout Germany and across Europe. My work regularly takes me to destinations such as Italy, France, Switzerland and beyond.

I love both destination weddings and celebrations closer to home, and I’m always happy to travel wherever your story takes place.

What is your photography style?

My approach combines documentary wedding photography with an editorial eye.

I focus on real emotion, movement and the moments that naturally unfold throughout the day, while also creating intentional, refined portraits and details. The result is a gallery that feels both honest and beautifully curated.

Do you offer wedding videography as well as photography?

Yes. Alongside wedding photography, I also offer wedding films and videography upgrades for couples who would like to preserve their day in motion as well as in photographs.

Photography and film can be combined depending on your plans and the level of coverage you are looking for. You can find more information under Investment or simply send me an inquiry for an individual proposal.

Can we add a second photographer to our wedding coverage?

Yes. A second photographer can be added to your wedding collection.

This can be especially helpful for larger weddings, celebrations with multiple locations, separate getting ready moments or days where several important things are happening at the same time. Together, we can decide whether a second photographer would be beneficial for your wedding.

How much does wedding photography in Europe cost?

There isn’t one simple answer to this, as every wedding is different — and so are the needs of every couple. The location, length of coverage, travel, additional photography or film coverage and the overall scope of your celebration all play a part in creating the right collection for you.

To give you a rough idea: for a wedding in Germany, around 10 hours of photography — which usually covers a full wedding day — starts at approximately €4,300.

My couples receive more than just coverage of the day itself. A full-day collection includes your complete wedding story as well as a roll of analogue film, and I love being involved in the creative process long before the wedding begins. From talking through your timeline and visual ideas to creating moodboards together and thinking about light, atmosphere and the little details that will make your photographs feel truly yours.

For destination weddings and celebrations elsewhere in Europe, I’m happy to create an individual proposal based on your plans, location and the kind of coverage you are looking for.

How does the booking process work?

Once you send me an inquiry, I’ll first check whether your wedding date is still available and send you all relevant information about my collections and pricing.

If everything feels right, we’ll arrange a personal video call to get to know each other, talk through your plans and see whether we’re a good fit. From there, I’ll guide you through the next steps and help you plan your photography coverage in a way that truly fits your wedding day.
